Medical First Aid
The Medical First Aid course is a hands-on training program designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to respond effectively to medical emergencies. It prepares individuals to deliver immediate, potentially life-saving care in the critical moments before professional medical assistance becomes available.
This course is suitable for a wide audience, including workplace safety officers, emergency responders, teachers, caregivers, seafarers, and concerned members of the public who may find themselves in situations requiring quick and effective medical intervention.

Participants will learn how to assess emergency situations, stabilize injured persons, and apply appropriate first aid techniques for a variety of common and critical incidents. These include:
- Basic life support (CPR) and use of AED
- Management of bleeding, burns, and fractures
- Response to shock, choking, and unconsciousness
- Handling medical conditions such as seizures, heart attacks, and strokes
- Patient positioning, monitoring, and communication with emergency services
The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical scenarios to build confidence and competence in real-life situations. Whether in a home, school, workplace, or remote location, these skills can make a vital difference.
